I had mixed feelings about Summit Ridge Apartments. The pool area is one of the nicer amenities and can be a great place to relax during the warmer months. However, there are several downsides that prospective renters should know about. The apartments do not include in-unit washers and dryers, which can be inconvenient if you're looking for the comfort of doing laundry at home. The biggest issue is the overall property. The outside areas need more attention, random broken cars parked all over the parking lots. This causes issues when trying to park near your unit. Overall, Summit Ridge has potential, but better property upkeep would go a long way toward making it a more enjoyable place to live.
